I want a refund?
We operate a strict no refund policy on entries who are in breech of our Terms & Conditions. If you simply changed your mind and are not in breech of our T and C's then we offer a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please note that if you request a refund you will be taking money away from the charity you have chosen to support. Please use the contact us button on the navigation bar if you wish to request a refund.
